Upon purchase of one of our UDID Activation Packages, a customer has until their UDID is activated to receive a refund, should they for any reason need one. Once a UDID has been marked as activated a customer can no longer request a refund. This is because a UDID registration spot cannot be edited or deleted, once a UDID has been activated the spot is taken and cannot be undone. If you would like to receive a refund BEFORE your UDID is activated you can send us an email with your request, reason and order number. Should that happen, their request will go under consideration by Free UDID. Any dispute arising between a customer (only for those who payed with PayPal) and Free UDID will be settled in accordance with PayPal. If Free UDID finds you eligible for a refund, you will be contacted regarding your refund and a refund will be issued within 24 business hours. TrialPay orders cannot be refunded by Free UDID, for more information you can read our POLICY STATEMENT.
If you contacted us for any reason we have the right to deny any support under reasonable circumstances. We also have the right to deny any support if you can’t prove you’re already a customer, if you contact us in any foreign language or if it is clear that you did not make any effort to read our FAQ and this Terms of service. We are not liable for any problems upgrading your iOS Device or using Certificate + Provisioning files. The only part where we have any liability is to register your UDID within 24 hours and to send the Certificate files within 48 hours. We provide iMessage, Skype and eMail support for the benefit of our customers, however we have no obligations to reply within 24 hours. Our Support team tries to respond within an hour but keep in mind it can get really busy, that we don’t work on sun- or holidays and that we’re operating from a different time zone. Please allow us at least 2 business days to reply.

Free UDID is not required by law to issue a refund to anyone. By your purchasing from Free UDID you agree to the terms of this refund policy statement. If you should need a refund when purchasing from us using TrialPay you should contact TrialPay for this matter, we are not liable for ANY refund when TrialPay is used. Please contact TrialPay support in this case http://www.trialpay.com. You are not paying us for the UDID Registration service, also not for the files “Certificate” and “Provisioning Profile”. You are only paying Free UDID for the resources and time we need to register your UDID, complete your order, give support and send you the required information and files. Upon purchase of a UDID Activation Package we are not responsible for any inaccuracy in your entering your UDID(s). Should you encounter errors, we provide no-cost support for common issues. Should your encountered errors reach beyond our support, you assume responsibility for solving such potential errors. Upon activation of your UDID, you assume full responsibility for your iOS device, Installing firmware, Updating Firmware, Restoring Firmware, Troubleshooting issues regarding your firmware, iOS device, iTunes, and other miscellany beyond our reach not listed here. By purchasing from Free UDID you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. Publish or post your UDID in public has the immediate consequence that we disable the UDID and the order will be canceled. Publishing your UDID in public is against our terms of service and will result in a canceled order, which can not be appealed. All TrialPay orders are thoroughly checked and confirmed by TrialPay and its advertisers. You must meet certain conditions to complete the pre-selected offer. Once confirmation is received from TrialPay we know the exact revenue of the offer that you have completed. This revenue must match the value of the selected product. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse your order, although you can choose to complete yet another additional offer or survey to match the product value. All PayPal orders are processed automatically and the provided UDID will be registered in a few minutes. In extreme conditions this time period of average 2 min may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme crowd during WWDC or due the many sales during this and other beta releases. If you ordered Certificate + Provisioning Profile, also knows as our “InstaSign” package you should allow us a bit more time to complete your order. Your UDID will be registered automatically but it can take 10min for the files and instructions to arrive by email.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you prefer, you can set your browser to reject cookies. However, you will not be able to take full advantage of our web site if you do so. We use tracking technology to better understand site traffic patterns and use. However, none of the information collected via tracking technology is personally identifiable information.
The purpose of this policy statement is to prevent fraud and to be followed up where a fraud is detected or suspected. Any fraud activity will cause an order to go in “on-hold” status and is then reviewed by Free UDID. The customer will be notified when this will occur.
Free UDID requires staff and customers at all times to act honestly and with integrity and to safeguard the resources for which they are responsible.
Free UDID is committed to ensuring that opportunities for fraud and corruption are reduced to the lowest possible level of risk and has robust mechanisms for prevention and detection. Consequently all cases of fraud, or attempted fraud, will be thoroughly and promptly investigated. Where appropriate, legal action will be taken.
TrialPay requires you to provide a valid e-mail address and real name if you want to receive your product. If we receive an order with a fraudulent e-mail address or fraudulent name we do not have to deliver the product.
